WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE? WHERE DO THE INGREDIENTS COME FROM?
All our product are handmade, poured and packaged at our base in London, We are a small family run business. Creating in small batches, to keep our products at their best. For this reason, although our formulations stay the same, small differences may occur.

We have strong ties with and within Ghana. The Shea and Cocoa butter used in our formulations and sold raw, has been grown by a wider network of family, all processing and handling.

We use scalp, hair and and skin friendly ingredients, suitable for sensitive skin and free from any harsh chemicals.
Our ingredients are carefully chosen, and hand picked for quality. Our main base of Shea Butter is Directly sourced from Ghana. The Cocoa beans in our Scrub is grown on our family farms, Harvested and milled Locally.

Our organic cold pressed oils are sourced locally and globally.

All our butters are natural and Unrefined. Our oils, cold pressed and organic!
We're plant enthusiasts and cruelty-free!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and up to 48 hours for shipping. Orders may at times arrive a little later than expected, due to a delay is the postal system. We apologise for this! we will always endeavour to send your order promptly and on time. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products; we're unable to accept returns but we want to ensure that you are happy with your orders. For any questions feel free to contact us via email: infosheais@gmail.com


CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?
We can accept changes during order processing, which usually takes between 1-3 days, once your order has left us, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes but you can get in touch via email; infosheais@gmail.com


WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
We ensure all products are in the best condition when they leave us, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control. In the case you receive your parcel damaged or defective. Firstly we apologise!

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
All our orders: Are now shipped via ROYAL MAIL Tracked 24 (up to 2kg) at a reduced rate of £2.99

Packages weighing more than 2Kg will at this time be charged at the same rate (£2.99) But sent using Royal Mail 2nd class post

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our products are currently only available for online purchase. We produce all our products from our base in London, UK


DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At the moment, we're currently shipping to the UK (England , Wales, Scotland, Ireland) Some countries within the EU, as for the rest.. Were working on it!

SHEAiS is a local (London) Small business. From one Mama and her Little crew. We have strong ties with and within Ghana. The Shea and Cocoa butter used in our formulations and sold raw, has been grown by a wider network of family, all processing and handling.

From formulations, production, packaging to social media and customer interaction. Everything happens from our base in London.

No big machines, or productions lines here. Just clean, carefully formulated ingredients to make great natural alternatives to Hair & Skin care, that work. Made with love and attention.
